In its 26 years of life, MolcaWorld has been developing a significant number of projects for the revitalisation of sports venues. More than 30 bear its stamp in Spain alone and on this occasion the Valencian company has added the Alfonso Murube Stadium, home of AD Ceuta, to its portfolio.
This step marks the beginning of a new path between the two parties. The action will consist of a complete revitalisation of outdoor areas, stands, players‘ areas, fans’ areas and VIP areas. The aim is not only to improve the aesthetic image of the venue, but also to improve the experience of everyone who visits it.
Another important aspect will be the creation of experiential spaces that will allow each match to be experienced in a special way. These areas will increase the club’ s income both on match days and non-match days.
With this improvement in the visual aspect, the top management of AD Ceuta intend to make a qualitative leap to turn this venue into a sporting and commercial reference in their attempt to be promoted to LaLiga Hypermotion.
From MolcaWorld, its CEO Fran Carrasco said he was ‘happy to start working with a club with the desire and hunger of AD Ceuta’. AD Ceuta confess they are ‘very excited about the birth of this project to remodel our stadium “ as they consider ”of vital importance the adaptation of the stadium for all Ceuta’s fans according to the standards and requirements of the professional league’. Regarding Molcaworld being the strategic partner in this process, they highlight that it is ‘a leading company in experiential architecture and remodelling of football stadiums and is the best possible partner for the development of this project’. Of the project, the club highlights the importance of converting the Alfonso Murube stadium into ‘an architectural symbol of the Autonomous City of Ceuta and the fundamental improvement of the experience and services offered by our stadium to all the fans’.
